You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2.3 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Returning Products

3.1 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Products must include all original labels, documentation, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used nutritional supplements. Products with broken seals or that show signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased during special promotional sales marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

3.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3.4 Return Process

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
